Headquartered in Rochester, New York, WebTitle Agency has been in business since 2005. Since its inception, WebTitle Agency has assembled a team of fantastic people. We have 65 title professionals, including 2 attorneys, real estate paralegals and licensed title producers, all with significant industry experience.
Our success has been fueled by our never-ending commitment to offering superior service and specialized products, uniquely designed to service specific segments of the real estate, title, financial, and legal communities. Our client partners include foreclosure and default service providers, title insurance companies, creditor’s rights and real estate attorneys, banks and credit unions, realtors, investors, developers, tower owners, site management companies, and wireless service providers in the telecommunications industry.
Our partner company, Customized Lenders Services (CLS), serves the mortgage lending industry with the coordination of services related to the mortgage closing process. CLS provides these bundled services on a local, state and national level, with direct operations in New York State and affiliations nationwide.
We are the largest independently owned Abstract and Title Insurance company in Western New York. We believe that comes with a serious responsibility to our team members, to our community and to our client and vendor partners. We have a team that is well trained, experienced, and customer focused.
Being a business in the greater Rochester area and New York State is important to us. Our ownership group lives here and so do our team members. We don’t outsource internationally because we want our community to succeed.

On November 21st, 2018, WebTitle Agency owner Alan Roides, on behalf of WebTitle Agency, made a donation to St. Peter’s Kitchen in Rochester. The donation was matched by local foundation Alyssa’s Angels. WebTitle Agency and Customized Lenders Services (CLS) believe in a commitment to the Rochester community and the fight against hunger.
St. Peter’s kitchen has been serving the Westside community of the City of Rochester, since 1982. St. Peter’s, led by Patty Lorenzen serves a well-balanced lunch to approximately 140 people daily Monday-Friday.

In November 2018, WebTitle Agency was a Silver Sponsor for the inaugural FiveEatFive fundraiser held at the Village Gate Square. The event, benefitting our local American Cancer Society, helps fund groundbreaking cancer research, providing education and prevention support, and free programs and services for people with cancer in our community including the B. Thomas Golisano Hope Lodge.
This year’s event raised over $35,000. WebTitle Agency has a long history of working with the American Cancer Society, including 10 years of participation in the Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk. During that time, WebTitle Agency team members raised nearly $50,000 in donations. WebTitle Agency was a past sponsor of the Memorial Tent at the Strides Walk and our own Alan Roides has participated in the “Real Men Wear Pink” campaign.
WebTitle Agency has also participated in the annual Daffodil Days fundraiser where team members sold daffodils to benefit ACS.
Another rewarding experience that WebTitle Agency team members got a change to participate in was the Road To Recovery program. The Road to Recovery program gave team members the opportunity to drive patients to their treatments when no other transportation was available.
On December 7th, 2018, WebTitle Agency owner Alan Roides, on behalf of WebTitle Agency, made a donation to Daystar for Medically Fragile Children, Inc. The donation was matched by local foundation Alyssa’s Angels.
WebTitle Agency and Customized Lenders Services (CLS) believe in a commitment to the Rochester community and in particular, helping children in need.
Daystar works to support children coping with serious medical and developmental complexities and their families. It is New York State’s first and only Pediatric Day-Respite Center for children up to age six who are braving serious and often life-threatening healthcare complexities and developmental challenges.
Alyssa’s Angels is a foundation established in memory of Alyssa Rose Bruno who passed away in 2006 after a valiant battle with brain stem cancer. Her parents, Lori and Chris Bruno, along with their many friends and family established Alyssa’s Angels in her memory. Funds that are generated go to projects that include: victims of abuse and/or neglect, those experiencing serious medical, behavioral or emotional problems, and those lacking in family or other community support.

WebTitle Agency cares deeply about the mission of the Willow Domestic Violence Center. We have participated in the Adopt a Family angel tree for several years where WebTitle team members purchase gifts for needy families.
In 2018, we participated in the Purple Box Campaign to provide holiday gifts to even more needy families. WebTitle team members joined law enforcement agencies, and other companies and organizations in providing new toys, household items such as clothing and blankets, gift cards and more to parents, teens, school age kids and infants and toddlers.
